Terms of Service.

Please read this document carefully before playing on our server or using our store. Connecting to the DarkPixel Network implies complete acceptance of all rules and terms described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to the play.darkpixel.fun Minecraft server network (also referred to as 'our services', 'the server', 'we', or 'us') or purchasing virtual items from our store, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing our server.
2. Account & In-Game Profile Security
You are solely responsible for protecting your Minecraft account credentials. DarkPixel Studios is not responsible for compromised accounts or unauthorized actions taken under your username (including chat infractions, virtual currency transfers, or game exploits). Purchased ranks, cosmetics, and virtual balances are linked directly to your Minecraft UUID and cannot be transferred to alternative accounts.
3. Player Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a fair, competitive, and fun environment. Prohibited activities on our network include: hacking, using unauthorized client modifications (e.g., fly, kill-auras, clickers), toxic chat behavior, harassment, exploiting map bugs or plugin glitches, and advertising external services. Violating these rules will result in warning points, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent network-wide IP bans.
4. Store Purchases & Virtual Goods
All virtual store purchases are final and non-refundable. Ranks, keys, coins, and cosmetic goods are virtual perks with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical items. Intentional attempts to chargeback or dispute store payments will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the entire DarkPixel network and community tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
DarkPixel Studios provides its services and custom gamemodes on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, lag-free gameplay, or zero server database issues. In no event shall DarkPixel Studios or its crew members be liable for lost virtual items, rank losses, or temporary network interruptions.
